- The military Tuition Assistance rate effective Fall Semester 2009 — or "Contract"
rate — is $113.55 per credit hour for in-state students and $123.55 for out-of-state students. At this rate, your out-of-pocket
charges are zero at this time.
- For military students who are legally domiciled in Virginia
the cost per credit hour is $113.55. At this rate,your out-of-pocket
charges are zero at this time.
- If you are a bona fide legal resident of Virginia, please inform
the Navy College Office of your in-state status before submitting
your Request for Tuition Assistance Form. If you are uncertain
of your domicile status, call the Enrollment Services Office of
any TCC campus or Base Representative at the appropriate base
(See Base Information).
- FOR YOUR SERVICE and the service of your family, The Commonwealth
of Virginia and TCC is offering in-state tuition to spouses and children
of military personnel stationed in Virginia who reside in
