The Post- 9/11 GI Bill

Culinary Arts

Tidewater Community College, Culinary Arts Department will begin offering academic classes at the Norfolk Naval Base Main Galley beginning with the Fall 2008 semester. All classes are for credit toward the Associate of Applied Science degree with a specialization in Culinary Arts.

Professional Truck Driver Defensive Driving Course

Last year, more than 5,000 people died in collisions with large trucks; 74% of those killed were in passenger vehicles and 10% were pedestrians, bicyclists or motorcyclists. Professional truck drivers have a tremendous responsibility for keeping the highways safe for others.
