Cards for Faculty and Staff |
|
| Mandatory
Employee Identification Card Program. The requirement
for an ID card is fairly standard practice and is being implemented
across the country in colleges and universities. All employees,
whether full-time or part-time, must obtain an ID. The ID does
not have to be worn, but must be carried with you at all times.
You may obtain your TCC ID on any of our campuses at the
Student ID offices, free-of-charge. If
you have already obtained an ID, you must obtain a newly designed
one along with a sticker identifying your employee status.
Old ID cards should be cut in half and discarded. You must
bring a picture ID (e.g. your Driver's License) in order to
obtain a TCC ID.
You are issued only ONE card; you do not get a second card
if you choose to take classes as an employee.
RENEWALS:
- Faculty: Full time renew yearly -
Adjunct, each semester
- Classified Staff and Wage Employees: Full time renew yearly - Part-time, each semester
Upon termination of your employment with the college, your
Faculty or Staff ID Card must be turned in to your supervisor. |
| Replacement of ID Cards |
|
The cost to replace an ID Card is $10.00.
Replacement fees are paid in the campus Business Office and
you must present a payment receipt before new cards or stickers
can be issued. |
