Theresa Ruffing has 17 years’ experience in interpreting and implementing federal, state and college financial aid regulations, as well as in providing financial counseling for current and prospective students. Ruffing holds a B.A. in education from the University of Kentucky and an M.S. in education administration from Old Dominion University. |
