|
A 30-year veteran of the Virginia Beach Police Department, Ray Greenwood currently serves as a lieutenant assigned to the detective bureau where he supervises 32 detectives. Greenwood developed TCC’s 16-week class on domestic violence for TCC, as well as online courses in criminal justice. He is a recognized presenter with police, sheriff and victim advocacy groups, and with state groups including the National Association of Attorneys General. Greenwood holds a B.S. in political science from Old Dominion University and an M.P.A. (public administration), also from Old Dominion University. |
