Audiovisual Services, a department of Educational Technologies at Tidewater Community College, provides strategic media-related support to the college's instructional programs and administrative functions. Audiovisual Services works collaboratively with faculty to design, develop, acquire, and install audiovisual systems and related technologies throughout the college.

This Classroom Technologies page will assist you in learning what educational technologies are permanently assigned to your classroom. Education technologies includes items such as multimedia projectors, classroom touch control systems, document cameras, DVD players, webcasts codecs, and more! If a tool is not assigned to your classroom, you are encouraged to request that equipment for off campus or classroom checkout. Since technology can seem daunting, this site also provides training materials and access to one-on-one support with an AV Services trainer.
