Because of John’s dedication to education and his passion for history, the Moore Family supports the Tidewater Community College by offering a scholarship awards for Norfolk campus TCC students who demonstrate an interest in the study of history. Eligibility requirements are below. Students may earn up to 2,000 dollars toward their TCC tuition and cost of books. Scholarship recipients are seleted each semester and are asked to write a brief essay upon winning the award. Winning candidate(s) to be announced in the Spring 2009.
